Defining the data.
The project brought together two ERP systems and additional data sources. But connecting them was only one part of the work.
Baobab also needed shared definitions for its product, distribution, industry and agent dimensions. Substantial coordination with the business teams was needed to agree how the data should be named, structured and used, and to address data-quality issues.

Reports covering sales, finance, inventory, purchasing and logistics, built on the shared data foundation.
Automated reporting & alerts
Reports are sent automatically, while data-quality alerts flag issues for attention. Teams can follow their activity and identify problems in the data behind it.
